Welcome to my travel blog! I’m a Croatian woman who grew up on a small, idyllic island in the Dalmatian region. As a child, I spent endless sunny days on the beach, learning how to fish with my family and taking boating day trips to explore hidden coves. My love for the sea grew as I learned to free dive and discovered the vibrant underwater world.
The Mediterranean lifestyle always included fresh, delicious seafood, fruits, and vegetables. The laid-back, chill atmosphere of island life taught me to appreciate every moment and embrace the beauty of nature. At the same time, it made me wonder what more of the world is there to explore, but let’s get into that in my later posts.
Now, I want to share my experiences and tips with you, starting with the top 10 things to do in the Zadar region, a gem in the heart of Dalmatia.
